According to sources cited by JustJared, the 55-year-old actor and the 35-year-old actress aren’t in a relationship.
“Sean stopped by Minka‘s table to say hi and was there for five minutes and they snapped a pic,” a source told JustJared. “The fact that she let them take a pic is indicative of the fact that they’re not dating. She’s never let a photog take a pic of her with anyone she’s ever dated.”

This isn’t the first time Kelly denies rumors that she is dating the Oscar-winning actor, as the actress also adressed those speculations last year in July on her Twitter page.
“Not my nature to address gossip but hoping this last one goes away already,” Minka tweeted. “Not dating a friend I had a group dinner with.”
Then, Kelly and Penn sparked romance rumors when the I Am Sam actor attended The Path actress’ 35th birthday in June.
